“Love it it was very clean til we open the couch that turned in to bed and we found dog hair!!! But everything else was clean and there was no noises or foot steps like other hotels I have stayed”

“I booked my husband one night at this hotel as he had a work training nearby. This morning I saw an $879 charge to our credit card. When I called to get an explanation the clerk said there was a note on the desk that he asked for 12 more nights! I was shocked. I said that wasn’t true and that needed to be remedied immediately. I sent a message and the manager said the night clerk had a physical conversation with the person in room 114 who said they wanted those additional nights. The manager……
